创新模式选择与技术共享的博弈分析

摘要：企业是活跃的技术创新主体。本文试图从博弈论的视角，分析由于创新成果转化效益差异和研发成本差异导致的，不同类型企业对于"自主创新"和"模仿创新"两种技术创新模式选择的差异；再通过构建企业间技术共享演化博弈的简单模型，分析企业主体技术共享实现的一个充分条件。模型结果表明，高效益的创新成果转化或低成本的研发与共享机制，是激励创新主体做出自主创新与技术共享选择的关键驱动要素，进而得到优化创新型企业营商环境的几点政策启示。

abstract：enterprises are active subjects of technological innovation. this paper tries to analyze the differences in the choice of "independent innovation" and "imitation innovation" by different types of enterprises due to the differences in the benefits of transformation of innovation results and the differences in the costs of research and development from the perspective of game theory; and then analyze a sufficient condition for the realization of technology sharing among enterprises by constructing a simple model of the evolutionary game of technology sharing between enterprises. then, by constructing a simple model of the evolutionary game of technology sharing among enterprises, we analyze a sufficient condition for the realization of technology sharing among enterprise subjects. the results of the model show that high-efficiency innovation transformation or low-cost r&d and sharing mechanisms are the key driving factors to motivate innovation agents to make the choice between autonomous innovation and technology sharing, and then get some policy insights to optimize the business environment for innovative enterprises.
